Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item received

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be canceled.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
